Where do I begin?
The good news is you don’t have to have a creative bone in your body. Owning a custom-built home with us means you have access to an A-Team professional designer, who does all the hard work for you. All you need to do is tell us what you want, and we’ll work out the nuts and bolts to make it happen. Whilst your initial brief is with sales agent, design is done with professional designer internally, no change is insignificant, our only objective is to deliver you the most beautiful house that you want, always keeping in mind with what you want to spend.
It’s a quality product, without the heavy price tag
If you ask us, we’re not exactly all about that ‘hidden price’ approach. No nasties or unexpected costs. Just flat out transparency.

In fact, our pricing model for custom homes is the exact same as a standard home – and that’s because we don’t believe in charging extra for a custom build.
